Vale Cottage is a beautiful grade II listed 500 year old thatched Devon longhouse situated in the popular coastal village of Croyde.

We offer double & family roomed Bed & Breakfast accommodation all year round in friendly, relaxing surroundings.

We are under 5 minutes walk from "The Manor" public house and a few more to the village centre with its restaurants, shops, surf hire outlets and of course the world famous "The Thatch" pub.

A short walk from the village centre takes you to the award winning sandy beach of Croyde Bay!

Direct from the cottage there are many amazing walks over the hills to the beautiful sandy beaches of Saunton Sands, Putsborough and Woolacombe.

Our cosy rooms are all en-suite, have colour (freeview) TV, WIFI and tea & coffee making facilities.

Easy off road car parking.

Included in the price is a delicious freshly cooked full English breakfast available each morning at the Blue Groove restaurant in the centre of Croyde. Giving you the great flexibility to take your breakfast at a time convenient to yourselves (up to midday!!!).

Lighter, healthier and vegetarian options are also available.

We're a small two / three roomed B&B and therefore able to offer a range of versatile accommodation.

Bed & Breakfast:

1) Lovely cosy en-suite room with double bed, colour T.V. and tea and coffee making facilities ~ May & June ~ £64, (normally £69 per night)

2) 'B&B suite', lovely en-suite room with double bed and the added bonus of a private lounge with colour T.V. and tea and coffee making facilities ~ May & June ~ £79, (normally £89 per night)

3) 'Family Suite' (comfortably sleeps 4), three seperate rooms. Two bedrooms (one double ensuite, one twin ensuite) and a private lounge with colour T.V. and tea and coffee making facilities ~ May & June ~ £119, , Family-Suite (normally £139 per night) (please note we have a minimum age of 7 years old).
